Eric, have you heard his ukulele CD? There are some really beautiful songs on it. And I, too, like his voice unplugged. Tom Waits sings this and the contrast between the two versions is richly diverse!
I haven’t heard his ukulele CD. The thought of EV and a ukulele is quite a juxtaposition…. interestingly enough to add it to my never ending listening list. 🙂

More often than not, I appreciate his beautifully resonant voice even more when he is ‘tempered’ and ‘calm.’ This almost unplugged version is good!!
